    How We'll Work Together

Every project is different, but the partnership tends to move through the same four stages.

    01

    Alignment

We talk through your idea, your learner, and what you most want this resource to do for the people who encounter it.

    02

    Architecture

Together, we shape a structure that lets your teaching unfold clearly, with each chapter, session, or module doing real work for the learner.

    03

    Drafting

You create with my editorial guidance alongside you, so the voice stays yours and the structure stays steady.

    04

    Refinement

We work the material until it reads, runs, or teaches like a finished resource: considered, generous, and ready for its learner.

    Common Questions

What kinds of projects do you work on?

Two kinds. Content strategy projects: audits, strategy, content operations, AI workflows, and content for AI search. Learning strategy projects: nonfiction books, in-person workshops, and digital courses. If your work is rooted in real expertise and you want it to reach and teach the right people, we're likely a good fit.

What does a Content & Learning Strategist actually do?

On the content side, I shape the strategy, systems, and words that promote your brand and make it findable. On the learning side, I combine senior editorial craft with adult learning theory. That means shaping not just what you say, but how the learner receives it; the structure, sequencing, and pacing that turn expertise into genuine understanding.

How do I know if I'm ready to begin?

Most of the experts I work with have been quietly carrying the idea for a while. If you have years of practice behind you, a clear sense of who you want to teach, and the willingness to give the work the time it needs, you're ready. The structure can be built; the willingness can't.

How long does the process usually take?

The Idea to Manuscript programme runs over 12 weeks. A Structure Development session is a single two-hour engagement. A Developmental Review typically takes two to three weeks. Workshop and course projects are scoped per engagement. We'll find a rhythm that fits your practice and your life.

Do you only work with non-fiction?

For books, yes. My book work is non-fiction, including hybrid memoir where personal story is in service of a wider message about healing, growth, or change.
