Common Questions
What do I need to prepare before the session?
Just bring your practice and an open mind. Some experts like to jot down key themes, the questions they get asked most often, or moments from past sessions that landed well. It's helpful but not required; the session is designed to surface and organise everything through conversation.
How is this different from planning it on my own?
When you plan alone, you stay inside your own way of seeing the material. I bring an experienced outside perspective and ask the questions that reveal the session your participants actually need, in the order they need it.
What if I have too much material?
That's almost always the case for experienced practitioners. Part of what we do is gently prioritise. By the end, you'll know what belongs in this workshop and what's better saved for future sessions or other formats.
Will I be able to deliver the workshop myself after this?
Yes. The arc and framework are designed to give you everything you need to build and deliver the session independently.
What if I want more support after the session?
You can move into the full Workshop Design partnership, where we build the facilitation flow, exercises, timings, and participant materials together.
